July 3, 2023 - I was talking with a friend about deer the other day and he said you know I like to go deer hunting but a lot of times I don't even hunt I just like to get away, spending some quite time in the cabin by myself. I will just sit and look at the deer and take pictures of them.

Sports recreation activities are some of the best ways to relieve stress while having fun at the same time. These activities get you outdoors to enjoy the beauties of nature.
You can just choose to go to a sports event and yell out your stress, which is better than nothing, but it does not really give you the opportunity to relax and enjoy what nature has to offer. If you have children, take them with you to a ball game and let them also yell out some of their energy. And, you can take time so you can actually watch them having a good time.
You can participate yourself in a sport like golf or tennis. But, if you are very competitive you may not find this relaxing.
